




In August 1999 Manbat’s Quality Control system achieved registration to ISO 9002. Manbat achieved registration to the new ISO Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in 2003 and subsequently to the revision, BS EN ISO 9001:2008 on the 25th August 2009.
ISO 9001:2008 is the internationally recognised requirements standard for Quality Management System (QMS). It provides companies with a set of processes that ensure a common sense approach to the management of business activities to ensure our customers experience an exceptional service from us in every way.
The methodology ensures consistency and improvement of working practices, which in turn provide products and services that meet customer's requirements.
Manbat’s obsession for quality in every aspect of its operations is driven by dedicated teams of service providers. Manbat has a department set up to solely focus on improving our service in every way to our customers.
